No Homo? So Gay!

People often use words or expressions without thinking twice. We all do that. Some people use words like gay, faggot, fag or phrases like no homo or that’s gay and these words are used not even by homophobic people. They don’t see it as an insult (while others feel insulted). But this kind of language is offensive, pervasive, it’s damaging, said Dr Kris Wells Associate Director of the Institute for Sexual Minority Studies at the University of Alberta.
